Patient Responsibilities

As a patient receiving services from CNBA Healthcare, you agree to:

  3. Timely Payments: Pay all applicable fees, co-payments, and charges in accordance with our billing policies
  4. Appointment Punctuality: Arrive on time for scheduled appointments and provide adequate notice for cancellations
  5. Respectful Behavior: Treat our staff, other patients, and visitors with respect and courtesy

Non-Compliance Consequences

Failure to comply with patient responsibilities may result in treatment delays, additional charges, or in extreme cases, termination of the patient-provider relationship, except in emergency situations.

Appointments and Scheduling

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee

  • Unauthorized recording or photography of staff, patients, or facility areas
  • Solicitation or commercial activities without prior authorization
  • Bringing weapons or dangerous items onto the premises
  • Providing false information or fraudulent documentation
  • Attempting to obtain controlled substances through deception

We reserve the right to involve law enforcement when necessary to ensure the safety and security of all individuals in our facility.
